Payments method
What payment methods do I have?
At Baum Pixel we offer a variety of payment options:
• Credit card
• Bank transfer
All payments are processed by MobilPay.
What is MobilPay?
MobilPay is a payment service provider. This means that they process payments on behalf of a third party, such as a product or service provider. When buying from online stores, MobilPay processes payment between you and the stores. For this reason you can see the name of this supplier on the account statement and not the name of the online store.
When you pay by bank card, the card information can be securely inserted. Together with the card issuing bank, we take care to process the payment.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments can be refused in the following situations:
Credit card:
– The name and address of the card holder do not match the billing data;
– Your card needs additional authorizations from the issuing bank;
– Your card has reached the limit for online payments;
– Your funds are insufficient;
– The trading page has expired;
– You left the page before completing the purchase procedure.
